Should I repair or replace my Springfree mat?

If the mat has a small tear (under 10 cm) — repair is the right choice at $50–$100. For large tears, worn-out mesh or multiple holes, a full restitching is better value. Text us a photo and we'll give you an honest recommendation.

How long does a mat repair take?

Most jobs take 2–4 hours on-site including disassembly and reassembly. Larger models (Jumbo Square/Round) may take up to 5 hours.

Is disassembly included in the price?

Yes — for all mat repair and replacement jobs, the $200 disassembly and reassembly fee is included in the total price. No hidden charges.

Do you carry spare parts with you?

For net repairs we carry materials on-site. For mat replacement, you'll need to order the correct mat from Springfree's spare parts store first — we'll tell you exactly which one to order.

What warranty do you offer on repairs?

All repair work comes with a 1-year warranty. If the repair fails within 12 months under normal use, we come back and fix it at no extra charge.

Do you repair old trampolines with green legs?

No — we do not repair old trampolines with green legs. These models are very outdated and the fiberglass poles used in their construction are brittle and dangerous. Working on them poses a safety risk, and more importantly, they are unsafe for your children to use. We strongly recommend replacing them with a modern trampoline. We can disassemble and haul away your old trampoline for $250.
