We do not collect payment information directly — all payments are handled in person.

- Follow up after the service is completed

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from TRCA Trampoline Services related to your service booking, appointment reminders and status updates. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.
4. Order Tracking
Our order tracking system uses the last 4 digits of your phone number to display your order status. No account or password is required. Order information is stored temporarily and removed after the service is completed.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Client records are typically removed within 90 days of service completion.
6. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information

7. Cookies & Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use the site.
